When you sign up for a coaching package, you'll receive:

  • 6 - 45 minute coaching calls via Zoom (bi weekly during your package)

  • The Peace-Filled Mind Map™ and journaling prompts to help you process your emotions and beliefs

  • Voxer support for 12 weeks for encouragement, accountability, and feedback on your mindset work

Here's how Journal-Based coaching works

Your coaching session will have 3 parts

Part 1: We will talk about what's on your mind/heart to get a picture of what you want to focus on during your call

Part 2: I will offer a journaling prompt that will guide most of our session together. You'll have time during the call to write

Part 3: We'll take time to process and reflect on what you discovered during your journaling time and discuss possible next steps

There will also be time to practice different spiritual growth disciplines like listening/centering prayer and time in scripture.

YOU'LL ALSO HAVE VOXER SUPPORT

Voxer works like a walkie-talkie. You can send text or voice messages at your convenience through an app on your phone. You can contact me anytime (day or night).

I'll respond during my office hours Monday-Friday 12pm to 4pm EST.


This allows us to delve into whatever is keeping you stuck, while also providing you with time for reflection, support, guidance, and action steps to get you back on track in between coaching sessions.


Voxer allows us to connect anytime, anywhere through the Voxer app. I will be the coach in your pocket!

After working with me you'll have the Tools you need to:

  1. Take stock of your emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns to identify what is helping and what needs to change

  2. Be calm and lessen the overwhelm and anxiety you feel during stressful situations

  3. Change your self-talk and the story you tell yourself about your life and what's possible

  4. Tackle any situation with confidence and a strong faith so that hard times cannot knock you down

  5. Discern God's presence in your life and respond to His invitation to come closer and go deeper

Private Journal-Based Coaching

12 weeks of coaching for $1200

or 3 monthly payments of $500

We'll meet biweekly via Zoom for journal-based coaching sessions.

For your first coaching session, we will create a Peace-Filled Mind Map™ so that you can get a clear picture of what thoughts and feelings you are experiencing and a vision for what would serve you better.

During the next 4 sessions, I'll help you do the emotion work needed so you can understand and process your emotions so you can cope better

with stress. You will also spend time learning to be still with God and

discern his presence in your pain and suffering.

The final session will be spent reflecting on your progress, answering and final questions and discussing your next steps.

Each session will include you prompts to reflect on and work through that will help you overcome any obstacles and make adjustments when needed. You'll also have Voxer access to me in between calls for whatever you need!
